Contracts electronically signed in Egreement's service with e-ID (BankID, Mobile BankID) are legally binding under Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council when they comply with Article 26 requirements with regard to advanced electronic signatures. You always sign with your personal e-ID regardless of whether you are doing so as a representative of a company or as a private person.
