Can I customise the appearance of the service?
To change the appearance, you need to be logged in as an administrator, then select "Settings" in the top left menu. A little further down the page, there are sections called "Email Notification Settings" and "Review Page Settings".
You can check the results yourself by sending a test email and/or displaying the Review page in a pop-up window.
