Why did my signature fail?
If you are using a mobile device, one possible reason is that the combination of browser and mail client is causing problems. There are ways around this:
- Use a computer to open the link in the email and initiate the signature
- Force a specific browser on your mobile device to open the link in the email
- Select "BankID on another device", fill in your personal ID number, click "Sign", then open the BankID app on your own and sign.
