Why did my signature fail?

If you are using a mobile device, one possible reason is that the combination of browser and mail client is causing problems. There are ways around this:

  1. Use a computer to open the link in the email and initiate the signature
  2. Force a specific browser on your mobile device to open the link in the email
  3. Select "BankID on another device", fill in your personal ID number, click "Sign", then open the BankID app on your own and sign.
